The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to many local restaurants. We were privileged to stay in a genuine historical residence, and it was within walking distance of all the sights. The room was beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The service was wonderful, with a helpful and welcoming hostess who went out of her way to assist us. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh fruit juice and flaky croissants. The hotel also had a beautiful common room where we could relax and chat with other guests. our experience here was fantastic.
The only minor issue was the faucet and sink in our bathroom. The stream of water was a bit too close to the side of the sink, causing water to splash outside.

We loved the warm and professional service at this hotel. The staff, Michel and Cinzia, were helpful, friendly, and informative. They made us feel like we were staying with friends. The hotel is located in a quiet and private area of the city, but still within walking distance of all the sights. We were able to explore the attractions easily and enjoyed discovering non-touristy restaurants in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and we especially loved the fine rooms with their beautiful frescos on the ceiling.
